Welcome to Gitarani Learning Academy (GLA). By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrollment & Admission
- Admission is confirmed only after successful registration and payment of the required fees.
- Students must provide accurate personal and contact information during enrollment.
- GLA reserves the right to accept or reject any admission at its discretion.
2. Course Fees & Payment
- Course fees must be paid either in full or as per the selected installment plan.
- Admission fees are non-transferable.
- Delay in installment payments may result in suspension of classes or access until dues are cleared.
3. Refund Policy (7 Days)
- Students are eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of enrollment.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
- After 7 days, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
- Admission fees and any administrative charges may be non-refundable.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.
4. Course Access & Usage
- Access to course materials (online/offline) is strictly for enrolled students only.
- Sharing login credentials, course content, or materials with others is strictly prohibited.
- Any misuse may lead to termination of access without refund.
5. Attendance & Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and discipline.
- Any misconduct, disruption, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination without refund.
6. Certification
- Certificates will be provided only after successful completion of the course requirements.
- Completion criteria may include attendance, assignments, and practical performance.
7. Career Guidance Disclaimer
- GLA provides career guidance and skill training, but does not guarantee job placement.
- Success depends on individual performance, effort, and market conditions.
8. Changes to Courses
- GLA reserves the right to modify course content, duration, schedule, or instructors when necessary for quality improvement.
- Any such changes will be communicated to students.
9. Limitation of Liability
- GLA is not responsible for any personal loss, damage, or technical issues beyond its control.
- Students are responsible for ensuring they have the required devices and internet connectivity for online classes.
10. Privacy Policy
- Student information will be kept confidential and used only for academic and administrative purposes.
- We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except when required by law.
